The CF402 is a 4 port media converter designed to facilitate seamless data transfer between 100Base-T twisted pair cables and 100Base-SX/LX optical fibers. Equipped with two 155MM SC optical ports and four 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports, this Ethernet fiber switch extends the network transmission distance from the 100 meters limit of twisted pair cables to an impressive 120 kilometers over optical fibers. The installation of this fiber optic switch is straightforward and convenient, featuring a plug-and-play design that requires no configuration.
